After successful application, you will be asked to pay a £200 deposit for the Teacher Training or the Teacher Development Course to the Centre in Margate. This should be done by bank transfer or on-line by credit card.
The balance of Course Fees is payable 1 month prior to Course commencement.
Payment should be made in the relevant currency to the correct bank account. Please see our Payment page for exact details.
Bank charges are the payer’s responsibility. The amount invoiced must be received in full and any underpayment must be settled before the Course starts.
If the applicant cancels a course more than 28 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee equal to the deposit will be charged (ie £200). If the Course is cancelled from 28 days to 7 days before the scheduled start date, 50% of the fees may be refunded; there would be no refund if a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the Course. No refund of fees will be made once the Course has started.
If the applicant postpones a Course, the deposit paid will be carried over to pay for the new one.
As part of our pre-screening process, applicants are requested to submit an account of their personal history and background and of their motives for joining the course, as well as their future aspirations. Inaccuracies or fraudulent claims in the application are grounds for dismissal from the course.
The course fee is based on your satisfactory completion of all course assignments, including Teaching Practices, within the four weeks, as well as full attendance. If for any reason you do not complete these satisfactorily within the period and it is agreed that an extension of time or further Teaching Practices are possible later, you will be liable to additional charges to cover staff time. These would be £50 for each Teaching Practice and £30 for each piece of written work. If you withdraw from your current course and wish to enter a later one, an additional fee must be paid, the amount depending on the exact time involved.

The Certificate will be available and posted to successful trainees within 4 weeks of the end of the course.
